Paying Rent

Once you have paid your bond and first weeks rent (by EFTPOS at our office or by direct deposit), you will obtain your unique WRE tenant reference.

Following that, weekly rent payments are required to be paid by automatic payment with your bank. All you need to provide the bank is the information below, your weekly rental amount, and a specified day each week for payment.

Please ensure your payments are made on or before the due date.

Whenever you make a payment at the bank, please enter the information as specified and in the format below, so your payment is accurately recorded when we receive payment.
