Property inspections

Waikato Real Estate properties are inspected every 3-4 months.

There is no legal limit on the times we can inspect. We are required to give you a minimum notice of 48 hours.

Inspections are carried out between 9am -5pm between Monday and Friday.

Photos may be taken by the Property Manager during inspection.

You do not have to be present when the property is inspected. We will endeavour to give you an approximate time of when we will be there and leave a note or a card.

You will be mailed out an inspection notice.

These inspections are to ensure the condition and care of the property, and to assess what, if any, maintenance may be required.

This is also an opportunity for you to point out any issues of concern.
