Tenant paying rent

1) Made some small scratches, dents or marks to the property? Ask the agent to take a look before you vacate. Getting issues fixed early will speed up the refund process later on.

2) Keys! Make sure you return all the keys, garage remotes and air con remotes that you were handed at the start of your tenancy.

3) Ensure your rent is paid up to date.

4) Take time to clean the property to a reasonable standard.
