Michael MurrayPrincipal Officer Michael graduated as an associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand in 1984. Since then he has won numberous awards and achievements. Michael is dedicated to building valuable rent portfolios and enhancing property investments. Michael is also a skilled photographer and is passionate about creating and promoting professional advertising articles.
Jeff GriggsOffice Manager Jeff may be the "Bean Counter" for Waikato Real Estate, but he has more than 18 years' experience in Property Management having managed portfolios for several companies and won national and regional awards. He has also worked for a number of leading real estate software providers in the role of Consultant/Trainer. These companies include Vision Software (RPM), Console (Gateway), Property IQ NZ Ltd (RPNZ) & Rockend (Rest). He is the person to talk to about Tenant and Owner ledgers and sorting out similar Trust Account issues as well as general accounting questions. Jeff is continuing his educational qualification beyond his Branch Manager level by studying with the Open Polytechnic of NZ.
John SchwikkardProperty Manager John is a qualified accountant and has worked as a sharebroker in a substantial firm. John works hard and is determined to lift the performance standards in his service to his clients. Jill HainProperty Manager Along with her business partner John. Jill is a valued property manager of our team. Jill prides herself on providing the best service for both clients and valuable landlords. Hayden MaiProperty Manager Hayden moved to New Zealand in 2002 from China and after graduating from WINTEC in 2007 with a Bachelor of Information Technology degree joined our team to provide valuable IT and advertising expertise. Hayden is now a valued property manager, fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, with a fast growing portfolio. Cherie HainOffice Administrator Cherie joined Waikato Real Estate after returning to New Zealand from working in Melbourne. She immediately took the Office Administration/Reception role to new heights. The front desk is the hub of all processes in the office and Cherie manages to keep a track of everything that is happening in the office. Whether you have a query about maintenance, rent arrears, or how to view a property, Cherie is the person who can help. Cherie also manages a select group of properties while providing the back-up to all of our Property Managers, the Office Manager, and the Boss (Michael). |
