Repairs Form

It is a policy of our office that all repairs or maintenance requests must be in writing and posted, faxed or delivered to our office as soon as possible. We only accept EMERGENCY repairs over the phone. If your rental needs repair, please download and complete our Repairs Form.

Statement of Condition Form

IF this Statement of Condition Form is not completed and returned to Waikato Real Estate Ltd within 7 days, it will be taken that you, the tenant, have accepted the above premises and chattels are in a clean and undamaged condition. It is the tenant's responsibility to ensure this form is completed and returned.

Notice to Vacate

Please download, complete and return our Notice to Vacate Form if you intend to vacate your rental property.

Download our Rental Application Form, fill your details and return to our office for immediate consideration.

Insurance
